Event 

Invite 

I designed this event invite which we used to promote the screening early on in our campaign. The invite was sized like a postcard and followed our original design theme. While this was based on the original colours we chose, which were later changed for more consistency with the master brand, some imagery was used in the revisions made to align with the master brand for the second iteration. Our campaign utilized the invitations at one of our experience events on campus and at our partner event the A21 Walk for Freedom.

Thank You Emails

I designed a variety of the templates used by our campaign. Whatever we used in our campaign had to follow the master brand themes and colors. I coordinated with other members of design teams within the campaigns other themes. An example of design material that used the master brand elements is the template for our invitation and thank you emails. The invitation emails were made with the purpose of sending participants the photo they took at our photo booth experience, and to invite them to the SOLD movie screening. The email template was based off the brand consistent theme and was designed to be best viewed on a desktop. In total, 107 emails were sent out to participants. After the event was over, thank you emails were sent to the same participants using the same template graphics.
