Thank You Email
This Thank You email is just one of the email pieces I created for this campaign. I drafted this Thank You email, which was then sent out to 140 people that either attended our screening or events, or others who had shown interest but were unable to attend. The email thanked everyone for attending and told them how much we raised, but most importantly, it provided the readers an opportunity to take the next step in their journey to creating a violence free community. The email provided opportunities for them to learn, volunteer, donate, or seek help. By creating this email for our participants, I was able to ensure that their experience did not end with the Swift Current Screening on November 7th, 2016.
Pledge Package
These Pledge Packages were created in order to provide tips and resources that our audience could take away from our experiential and screening events. I consolidated information provided by Mount Royal University's "Stepping Up" program to fit onto small tip sheets which were then designed by Sean. I also helped combine 200 of these tip sheets with a pledge card and a pencil which were then distributed at the Swift Current screening on November 7th, 2016. The pledge sheets were then collected after the screening and included with our "Big Net."
