Bracelets
As a part of our campaign incentive, and spreading the E logo, we developed bracelets to hand out at our events. I had the vision for how to put together our bracelet, and to have the E logo as a requirement, connecting to our overarching campaign. With the help of the team, we were able to find the materials to make the bracelets. Using suede and a wooden token allowed the bracelet to be similar to materials used by Indigenous people, and the colours matched the ones used by the Princesses documentary series. Once we were able to make a few mock ups, these were easily done. The painting was done with an eyeliner brush to get the E for "If Anyone is Exploited, Everyone is Exploited."

Leadership

Our campaign was set up in the Bissett School of Business Atrium. This required booking of the Atrium and of the screening materials. The Atrium was set up in a circular fashion to welcome people to come and watch the screening of Princesses. Tishna Marlowe’s table sewing the REDress was near our screening and was a great success, with students coming to sew a flower for the REDress in honour of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. We were able to engage in conversation with the Director, Pepper O’Bombsawin about the episodes, the topics brought up in each episode, and the women that were featured in the series. This was a fantastic opportunity to not only watch a series about the issues that Indigenous women face, but to hear it directly from them as well.
