Brochure Background Information
As a Research Lead, I was tasked with finding information for a variety of sources, from print media to experience design. This is one example of where the research documents were used on tangible media in order to convey a message to the audience. Working directly with the design team, we created this brochure to distribute to attendees after our film screening.
I was responsible for finding information on partners and collaborators, and giving the audience a form of ‘call-to-action’ to engage with. I would also like to thank Ashleigh, on the creative team, for turning the background information into a beautiful brochure for the audience to engage with, and Stephanie for editing and altering content.

Post-Event Survey
I was also tasked with finding a way to give valuable metrics to our team in order to find out how effective the events taking place were. During our events, we received far more engagement than originally anticipated, and collected over 100 emails to distribute this survey to, along with additional surveys sent out to our partners. Gathering this data is important for any experience or project, as it helps the team understand what is working, and what could potentially be improved. I would also like to thank Stephanie for editing the survey, and ensuring that no content was missed before it was distributed. Along with this survey, a thank-you follow-up email was also distributed with our brochure listed above.
